Return Policy:
If you’re looking to exchange your products for another one, we’re here to help! We offer exchange within 24 hours of order delivery.
Please note that exchange can only be made under the following conditions:
- The product is damaged or defective on arrival
- The product must have no visible signs of wear or use
- Discounted products are final and cannot be exchanged
To initiate an exchange, please email us at dailymojoin@gmail.com with your (Order number)_exchange in the subject (within 24 hours of receipt of the products).
Describe in as much detail as possible the reason (damage to your product ) and attach photographic evidence detailing the damage to the product.
We will contact you within 24 hours to initiate your return/exchange or send a replacement item as required.
Once we receive the product from you, we’ll inspect it and let you know about the next steps.
If you receive a missing item, please share a video of the outer packaging and email us at dailymojoin@gmail.com.
Additional Information:
Please allow us at least 7 days to dispatch your replacement product from the date of receipt of your return parcel.
Refund Policy:
Due to the nature of the product, at the moment, we do not have a ‘return for refund’ policy.

Cancellation Policy:
You can cancel your order before it has been dispatched from our end.

If we receive your mail before your order has been shipped, we will cancel your order and initiate a refund within 3-4 working days.
